And it’s free.

Check it out…

And while we are on the subject of Twitter, Flor sent this little link to me that is effing hilarious…and sadly true. But I still LOL-ed. :)

iphone3.0.jpgI’m like a little kid…a nerdy little kid, but still a little kid.

Apple showed off it’s preview for the new version of iPhone’s OS, version 3.0, which is supposed to be coming out this summer.

Out of the 100 new features they announced, the top four are really the only ones I’ve been TOTALLY waiting for, as I’m sure many others have been too:

  • Search your iPhone
  • Cut, copy, and paste
  • Send photos, contacts, audio files, and location via MMS
  • Read and compose email and text messages in landscape

I’m SO excited I could do a little dance. :)

GREAT post over at Nick Onken’s blog… Nick talks about what that best camera to get is. I love the he is a Canon guy…yet doesn’t discriminate. After all, these are just tools of the trade. But I love his breakdown, reasoning, and details for people wanting to jump on a dSLR. Nick Onken | [...]

Although I LOVE my iPhone, I have to admit that this new Palm phone looks pretty damn impressive. Here’s a little video about the Six reasons Apple should be shaking in their booties.

So, I’m pretty stoked that Google finally came out with it’s Picasa photo software for the Mac OS. It’s in Beta…so I’m giving it a whirl. So far, it’s the Picasa I’ve come to know and love on the PC, with quick correction tools and it’s awesome sorting abilities. You even have the ability to [...]

I’m totally a list maker, so it helps to have tools that will keep me in order not only at home, but in the field as well.

I was totally stoked to learn that awesome people at Google found a solution to syncing with Blackberries…without the use of a computer, that is. :) It’s called Google Sync…and all you need to do is download it to your phone and you can sync with all your Google Calendars. It’s quite convenient…and you avoid the hassle of having to sync with a computer…your calendars online and on your Blackberry are always the same. :)

But I’ll get to the computer in a second…

Here’s how to get Google Sync for your Blackberry…

Now, I’m a Mac user, I’m proud to say…and at first, I wanted to find a way to use iCal with Google calendar. I’m not always online, believe it or not…so the solution was Spanning Sync. What makes this beautiful is that it runs quietly in the background and two-way syncs all my Google Calendars with iCal. Neat, huh? :) It syncs BOTH ways! Not only can I make updates in iCal and have it reflect online…but I can make changes online in Google Calendar and have it update my iCal. It’s a thing of beauty.

Another cool tool I use often is Remember The Milk. I LOVE making lists…call me a nerd, I don’t care. I learned about Remember the Milk from Brian’s cousin, Josh…and I absolutely love it! It’s got cool usability with the iPhone, which I was totally jealous of since I don’t have an iPhone…but they recently came out with MilkSync for the Blackberry…and again, I’m able to wirelessly sync my phone with all my lists. Keeps me on track. It’s also cool to use RTM with Jott. And if you haven’t used Jott, I recommend that as well. :)

It’s 5 in the morning and I’m still awake. Yay.

Hope everyone had a great 4th of July.

Anyway, I’m going to take a little nap before I have to get up and head to Qualcomm for some photo taking…but all of you know I’m always changing things up. When I was a kid and finally got my own room, I was notorious for rearranging the furniture in my room at least once a month. I’m OCD, I swear.

Anyway, aaronriveroll.com’s got a new look…so check it out. I didn’t really like the other one to be honest with you. Color scheme was cool, but not me. Wanted something more dramatic…something cleaner…something without flash…and something that would work with the blog too.

After playing with CSS, this is what I’ve come up with. Functional, clean lines…and still delivers the brand.

Let me know what you think…

Good morning…

So, I’m working on a few web projects, including getting Essence Digital’s web site up and cool, as well as fine tuning my site’s wedding section and NGS Media’s wedding site. So, I’m working on a few web projects, including getting Essence Digital’s web site up and cool, as well as fine tuning my site’s wedding section and NGS Media’s wedding site. I’ve also been working on Laura Baker’s new web site, which should be launching very, very soon. We’re actually meeting tomorrow to shoot and talk about the site, so it should be a pretty fun day. Cross your fingers for good weather. :)

But I added a new feature to AaronRiveroll.com, inspired by some of the features I’m putting on Laura’s site…I decided to start a video section to host some of the videos from some of my photo shoots and other adventures, etc. It’s fun…so check it out. It isn’t terribly pretty now…just a lot of links…but it’s still entertaining. Don’t worry, I’ll get around to making it pretty. :)
