So on Sunday, I was chatting it up with Melissa before the photo shoot and she had accidently left her phone at the club she was go-go dancing at the night before. We both wondered how we got along without cell phones back in the day. We depend upon them so much, it’s obnoxious. Everywhere you go, you see people yapping on their phones…driving, walking around, with those little Bluetooth thingies (which, by the way, I use with geeky pride)…but it’s ridiculous how much we depend on those things. I don’t know what I would do if I lost my phone. I think I would be lost too.
I was standing in line at Sam’s Club on Friday…and while I was waiting for the people in front of me to pay for their jumbo-sized cartons of whowhatsits, I was firing off emails…directions to the calendar shoot on Sunday, emails to models, prospective models, a client we are working with this weekend. Halfway through an email, I paused and looked around and realized I was standing in the middle of a wherehouse sending emails to people and I thought, “Hey, this is the coolest thing ever.”
My friend, Josh, recently picked one up this weekend too and has been discovering the wonder that is the Blackberry. How we ever got along without them is beyond me. I can email, text message, instant message, surf the web, and Google stuff like a fiend. What’s not to like?

Everyone is doing it. The craze is catching on.

Hmmm, I think I know that person from somewhere.
Hey! who gave you permission to use a picture of me on your blog…that’s it, I’m calling my lawyer!
Ha! just kidding…you blackberry junkie.
Thats why they always say that we need to backup all our important information and that includes our cell phone. zyb.com is one good example on how to do it.
My name is Shea and I am addicted to my Blackberry.
