All of the models I’ve worked with can say this about me: I’m a goofy guy. They can also say that I’ve taken some amazing pictures of them…but that’s another story. :)

Now, I can laugh at myself…and I do just that in this little video. A few months ago, Brian, Flor, Janelle, and I were at the beach in Coronado. When someon busted out a camera, Brian did this amazing impression of me at photo shoots. And he would know since he has assisted me in numerous shoots. Now, it is an exaggeration…but definitely accurate. :)

So my jaw dropped to the floor when I walked in and saw this month’s Maxim on my dining room table. Holy cheese. Lacey Chabert is definitely all grown up now.

She was definitely a crush from the good ‘ole Party of Five days. And now…wow.

Enough said.

So there was this show the WB a while back called Related. It was mostly a chick show…but I admit, I watched it for a few weeks. There were a few laughs, being that it was created by the same people that brought us Friends…but it just lacked that spark, that special something, that je ne sais quoi.

One of the hottest girls on television was on that show. She was a mix of sexy and adorable all rolled into one. She had this Latin hotness about her…a hotness that could only be counteracted by overwhelming machismo…the very machismo that I, myself, possess. The girl’s name was Kiele Sanchez.

I think you will be happy to know that her name is still Kiele Sanchez. And for those of you into the whole Lost phenomenon, you can see her Wednesday nights as Nikki.

I gotta tell you, it’s really difficult spending the afternoon with a gorgeous girl. It’s even tougher when that girl is totally cool. But someone has to do it, and it might as well be me, right?

Today, I photographed Tasia, this really, really ridiculously good looking girl. Not only is she beautiful, but she’s fun too. We had a blast snapping photos all over Balboa Park. I was jazzed too because the weather was so gorgeous. I had a few minor lighting issues, but her friend was there to help out. And hey, a few lighting issues is better than having it rain and not being able to shoot at all. I’m knocking on my desk right now as we speak when I tell you that I always get lucky with the weather. :) And as we speak, the rain is coming down outside.

It was a couple of weeks ago when we picked up our tree and decked it out. Now, two weeks later, my car is STILL full of pine needles and sand (from the photo shoot earlier that day)…and our tree still looks gorgeous.

So I’m mostly posting this for Brian (sorry, Flor)…but here is the latest cover of Shape…and look who’s on it:

None other than American Idol’s Katharine McPhee. And she does look amazing.

So I was in a sort of random mood when I was watching this commercial. But hey, it’s cute and I think the music adds a little whimsy to it. And who doesn’t like a hot, fresh cinnamon roll?

So there’s a really cute show on TBS called My Boys. It’s a show about this really cute girl who’s just “one of the guys.” I mostly started watching the show for the really cute girl. Her name is Jordana Spiro.

To be honest, I’ve never heard of her before. She sort of reminds me of a younger version of Sherry Stringfield, or Dr. Susan Lewis from ER. But Jordana has been in quite a few different shows, including appearances in CSI: NY, Beverly Hills, 90210, JAG, and of course MTV’s Undressed (which is probably one of the greatest shows in television history. If you didn’t sense the sarcasm, my apologies).

Anyway, you should give the show a look sometime. If anything, it will make you smile. And if it doesn’t make you smile, you can always check out the cute girl.

Hello, my people. How’s everyone doing? I was just in the mood to write a little something and it occurred to me that it’s been awhile since I’ve written anything of substance. I do apologize for that. It’s been an interesting couple of weeks. We’re pretty much swamped at work, so I don’t want to think about it. I’m doing just about everything I possibly can to keep sane. I’ve been booking quite a few photo shoots on the weekends in my down time to sort of switch things up a bit. And, it’s always nice to be in the company of fun, beautiful women. I’ve been catching up on some projects that are now coming due as well as a few odds and ends for the company. We’re about to wrap up our first full fiscal year in operation and that’s really exciting. We had a pretty decent year, considering our infancy. I know that next year’s going to be even better.

On a personal note, the holidays are here … and it just doesn’t seem like the holidays. There’s some things going on with family … so those of you that are the praying type, I would appreciate any you have to offer. I know my family would appreciate it as well. Without going into too much detail, I visited my grandpa today. It was the first time I’ve seen in about a week … and the first time I’ve seen him smile in a long while. It was really good to see him back to his normal, goofy self.

It’s also painfully apparent how alone I am these days. How’s that for cliche?

Well, that’s all I have for now. I guess that wasn’t as deep as I thought it would be. I’ve sort of been MIA because of all the craziness around here. I do try to pop and once in awhile and post useless nonsense … so to my one reader out there, I appreciate. Take care, and enjoy the weather. Brrr.

I don’t know about you, but I’m really looking toward to this movie. Maybe it’s the guy in me, but I seriously love every single movie in the Rocky series. The story lines are great, touching and inspiring. I’m mostly curious, though, for this one. I don’t think Talia Shire is in this one … Burt Young is back as Paulie, and looking for to seeing Milo Ventimiglia as Rocky’s kid. Anyway, check out the trailer.
