• When the sun goes down.

I had an amazing weekend this weekend … it took a whole day to recover from it! Actually, this whole time-change thing has really got me kind of screwed up. Seriously, it’s 12:41 in the morning … Tuesday, to be exact … and it doesn’t even feel that late. But it is … and I better get to bed soon.

But I’m really loving the daylight savings time and leaving work when it still daylight out. More time to play!

But the weekend … Friday night was pretty chill. Didn’t do much. Saturday was nice; slept in a little bit, and spent a little time over with the family. Later in the evening, we met up with Melinda and Rachel and various roommates/friends of theirs and saw Ice Age. We successfully killed two hours before the movie by wandering around the mall and providing assistance to the women by helping out with their underwear/clothes shopping. It’s a tough job, but someone has to do it. I’m just glad it’s me.

The movie was good, but the company was even better. :)

After the movie, we headed over to Doug D’s new downtown bachelor pad. This place is SWEET! He just moved into one of the new units in Fahrenheit downtown; we’re talking nice hardwood floors, nice view of the city and Petco Park, nice small kitchen. It’s a loft, so it’s a bit tiny…but definitely more than enough from for a stylish bachelor. We spent a couple hours there schmoozing with everyone and ended up getting home around 3:30 in the morning. It was a long day.

Sunday was pretty low key as well, but involved some extremely gorgeous women. I slept in pretty late after the late-night and then we headed out to Point Loma to meet Melinda and Rachel again for a re-shoot of their senior pictures. We drove them out to Ocean Beach and snapped a few graduation pictures. Both girls looked amazing … and it’s always a blast to hang out with them. :) The wind was a little brutal, but I think we got some good shots. The behind the scenes photos are in the gallery…and I will try and post a couple here or in my portfolio at NGSmedia.com

And that was my weekend. It was definitely a drag to have to come into work today … but what can you do?

Okay, so I can hear Brian thunderously laughing at the television. It’s those darned In Living Color reruns on BET that we record on our DVR. Talk about old school! That was back in the day when Jim Carrey was James Carrey.

And now that I feel old, I’m going to grab my cup of warm milk and go to sleep. I try and be more witty tomorrow. Night!
