Ever since I started working at “The W,” I’ve noticed that the office is set up a little weird. Our whole lending division is spread out on two different floors; meaning, I often have to go downstairs for things. It’s not that I’m lazy or anything like that, it’s just annoying.

It’s fun riding on the elevator, though.

You know the last scene in the movie Willy Wonka and the Chocolate Factory? The part where Charlie, Uncle Joe, and Wonka hop in the Wonkavator for the ride of their lives? There’s a secret button at the top of the elevator that, well, I won’t ruin it for people who haven’t seen the movie. But it does something cool when Charlie pushes it.

There’s a button at the top of our elevator too.
Earthquake button?
I wonder what it does?
